The best stories start with people
The ones willing to listen, to notice, to care. We’ve spent years refining our process and our craft so we can approach every project with clarity, intention, and an honest understanding of what it needs.
At Georgia Street Media, we work with people who care about people. We bring honesty, artistry, and a sense of calm to a process that can feel complex and demanding. In our 15+ years of doing what we do, we’ve learned that the secret recipe behind every production is simple: make something meaningful, do it well, and leave everyone involved proud of what they’ve created.
Meet the Team
Clayton Goodfellow
(he/him)
Producer, Director & Business Owner
Georgia Street Media started as an idea long before Clayton ever held a camera. While studying sociology, he watched a series of fly-on-the-wall documentaries and felt a pull toward real people and real moments. No polish, just truth. That spark led him to study documentary filmmaking. The day after graduating, he did something bold: he pitched his school, as their freshly minted graduate, to produce its promo video. He poured the entire budget into crew and equipment, and Georgia Street Media was born.
Fifteen years on, Clayton is still focused on capturing authentic moments, honest emotion, and keeping calm in the midst of the creative storm. Outside of work, he’s happiest among good neighbours, muddy boots, and his two daughters who remind him daily that the best stories don’t need cameras at all.
Amanda Palmer
(she/her)
Producer, Director & Editor
Amanda’s love for visual storytelling began in junior high with a camera, a microwave, and a shot list. Unfortunately, the camera didn’t survive the experiment (it melted), but Amanda’s creative journey was just getting started.
She began her career as an ENG videographer, sharpening her craft in newsrooms at CityTV and The Globe and Mail before finding herself at Georgia Street Media as a Producer, Director and Editor.
On set, Amanda has a rare gift: she makes people feel instantly comfortable - safe, seen, and ready to shine. When she’s not behind the camera, you’ll find her in Squamish, running the mossy trails and chasing down her next creative challenge.
Jordan Lee
(he/him)
Cinematographer & Editor
Give Jordan a camera and he’ll find a way to make something beautiful with it. He’s that kind of storyteller: calm under pressure, quietly meticulous, and driven to make every frame count.
He’s worked on every continent except Antarctica (still waiting for that call) and once even found himself on Chuck Norris’s ranch - thankfully, no roundhouse kicks in sight. At the beginning of his creative journey, Jordan produced and hosted a YouTube series about hot sauce called “The Heat Seat,” proving he can handle the heat both on and off set.
From filming in some of the most remote places on Earth, to leading cinematography on large-scale shoots, Jordan brings precision, creativity, and a steady hand to every project. When he’s not behind the lens, you’ll find Jordan roaming Steveston with his family, pulling off wild dolphin-dive shots on the volleyball court, and breaking down the lighting setups of his new favourite TV show.
